We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and results-driven Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance strategy, processes, and testing operations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in quality management, software testing, process improvement, and team leadership who are passionate about delivering reliable, high-quality products and services.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance strategies, standards, and processes.
- Lead and manage QA teams, including testers, QA engineers, and quality specialists.
- Establish testing methodologies, procedures, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- Plan and oversee manual and automated testing activities across the product lifecycle.
- Review test plans, test cases, test results, and defect reports to ensure product quality.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues and recurring defects.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor product quality, system performance, and compliance with established standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve testing efficiency and product reliability.
- Define and track key quality metrics, KPIs, and QA performance indicators.
- Ensure effective defect management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Support release planning and provide quality assessments and recommendations before production deployment.
- Establish and maintain QA documentation, processes, and reporting standards.
- Evaluate and implement appropriate testing tools, frameworks, and automation solutions.




- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, internal policies, and quality requirements.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, Quality Management, or a related role.
- Previous experience managing or leading QA teams is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect management.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing practices.
- Familiarity with testing tools, test management systems, and automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum software development environments.
- Experience with API testing, database testing, and system integration testing is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
