BM Webb Industrial Property are seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Driver to join our civil construction team. This role is suited to a safety-focused operator who takes pride in maintaining equipment and delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a grader to achieve precise final trim levels.
- Read and work from site plans and UTS / GPS/machine control systems.
- Perform daily pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance.
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a construction crew.

Requirements:

- Proven final trim grading experience.
- Relevant grader operator tickets/licences.
- Experience with UTS / GPS machine control preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team workplace. Based in Townsville, this role offers work-life balance through day shift operations, operating quality equipment.
