We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager for our EPC Renewable Energy business unit .

About the Role

- Support implementation of project Quality Management System to ensure quality objectives and targets are met
- Ensure that the project conforms with ISO and AS/NZS regulatory / legal requirements
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical works to identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
- Identify,



manage and monitor quality objectives, requirements, risks and other issues that may adversely impact the surety of successful project delivery
- Provide guidance and support to the project leadership team to develop and maintain a quality culture that drives business improvement
- Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends and areas for improvement
- Provide support to delivery teams (engineers, supervisors, surveyors) in meeting contractual requirements in relation to Quality Management
- Ensure that the workplace maintains robust risk management processes, capability, focus and discipline associated with quality
- Provide technical quality expertise for the project
- Ensure that the workplace understands and meets its regulatory and legal obligations as they relate to quality
- Handle client expectations and communicate effectively with the project team.

About You

- Tertiary qualification in civil / electrical engineering or similar
- Experience as a QA Advisor/Lead or equivalent
- Well-developed leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills coupled with excellent attention to detail
- Construction Induction Card (White card)
