What our program offers: A 12-month graduate program that includes rotations within a broad and dynamic organisation, followed by a permanent full-time opportunity A robust support network including mentors, buddies and a dedicated graduate program manager A Graduate Learning Series focused on building your confidence and supporting your transition into the corporate world A capstone project where you’ll work with other graduates on a real business challenge and present your recommendations to senior leaders About the Opportunity Our 2027 Graduate Program offers 9 different streams across the RACV business, giving you the chance to launch your career in the area that best matches your strengths and ambitions. Business & Advisory Whichever stream you join, you'll gain hands-on experience across various areas of the business while developing your commercial, operational and analytical skills. Throughout the program, you will:
Collaborate with teams across the business to understand how RACV operates day to day, gaining hands-on exposure through on-the-ground support, project involvement and progress reviews
Analyse data, identify trends and develop insights that inform sound business decisions
Support financial,
commercial and operational performance — contributing to reporting, budgeting, forecasting and planning activities
Identify risks and opportunities to improve efficiency, contributing to continuous improvement and change initiatives that deliver better outcomes
Contribute to real projects and initiatives from early planning through to delivery, building capability in your chosen stream and across the wider business
Build relationships with teams across the business and communicate insights clearly to support better outcomes for our customers and members What you’ll need to be successful:

A Bachelor’s Degree in business, commerce or analytics discipline (e.g. Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Studies, Data Science, Statistics, Analytics or Operations), a technology discipline (e.g.
Information
Systems, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Digital Technology), or a specialist field relevant to your chosen stream (e.g.
Human
Resources, Property, Construction or Architecture) — or a related field To have completed studies by end of 2026 or within the last 2 years
Curious, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Resilience and a positive approach when navigating new challenges
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders

Psychometric testing A video interview Following a successful video interview, shortlisted candidates may be invited to attend a face-to-face Assessment Centre in October.
