Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Melbourne, VIC.

The Real Estate

Agent will guide clients through buying, selling, and investing in property, including conducting property inspections, listing presentations, and negotiations. Daily activities include prospecting for new clients, responding to inquiries, preparing and presenting property information, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, staying current with local market trends and regulations, and providing qualified advice to help clients achieve their financial and real estate goals.

The Real Estate

Agent is expected to deliver high-quality customer service, build long-term relationships, and represent the company with integrity and professionalism.



Qualifications

Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate Cert IV and a solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.

Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge and practical experience in residential or investment property transactions.

Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.

Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple listings and client needs.

Familiarity with property management software, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing for listings is beneficial.

Experience in the Melbourne real estate market and a valid driver’s license are highly advantageous.
