We’re looking for a fun, vibrant and switched-on Receptionist to join the Coulson & Co team!

You don’t need years of real estate experience, in fact, you don’t necessarily need any.

We’re looking for the right person: someone with excellent energy, who loves people, is organised, keen to learn and happy to get stuck in.

THE ROLE

As the friendly face of Coulson & Co, you’ll be responsible for:

- Welcoming clients and answering incoming calls

- Helping with general enquiries

- Assisting our sales and property management teams

- Managing keys, documents and general office admin

- Keeping the front office looking amazing





- Learning our systems and the ins and outs of real estate

- Jumping in and helping wherever needed!

- Monday to Friday, 9am - 4:30pm
