The Opportunity

This is a true casual pool position. Shifts will be offered on an ad-hoc basis, primarily Monday to Friday, to cover leave, peak periods and last-minute absences. Flexibility and availability to cover short-notice shifts are essential.

Key responsibilities

- Provide a warm and welcoming workplace for all patients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the clinic.





- Efficiently manage patient bookings, cancellations, and follow-up appointments.

- Assist customers with fitting and purchasing footwear, ensuring they receive the best possible advice and products.

- Ensure all podiatry instruments are properly sterilised and maintained according to our stringent hygiene standards.

- Provide assistance to podiatrists as needed, ensuring smooth clinic operations.

- Manage patient records, handle billing and payments, and perform general administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

Ideally, we'd like someone with allied health or medical reception experience, but a positive attitude is by far the most important! We'd love to hear from those people who want to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment, and who are confident in meeting deadlines and working to achieve team-based goals.

Ideal candidates will have/be

- Previous experience within Allied Health reception and patient care is preferred and highly regarded

- Flexible and available for short-notice shifts across Brisbane and/or Gold Coast locations

- Excellent communication skills (including phone manner), both written and verbal

- Professional presentation and a 'can-do' attitude





- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment

- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with high attention to detail
