We are seeking a proactive and motivated Blue Collar Recruitment Advisor to join our team due to growth. This casual role will support our recruitment activities across the business and play a key part in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.
About the Role
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles within the organisation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing and evaluating candidates
- Conducting reference checks and verifying working rights
- Booking medicals and organising mandatory training
- Maintaining and updating our recruitment system
- Building and nurturing talent pipelines for future projects
- Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Collecting and verifying licences, tickets and qualifications
- Supporting onboarding and mobilisation activities
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven internal recruitment experience
- Experience with recruitment systems (ATS)
- Exposure to both blue-collar and white-collar hiring
- Knowledge of the construction industry, including relevant qualifications, licences and tickets
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Pronto experience (desirable)
