We currently have an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Industrial Recruitment team based in Clayton.

About the Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of established clients, delivering tailored workforce solutions to meet their operational needs. This is a relationship-focused role that combines recruitment, client management, workforce coordination and business development. Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you'll be responsible for maintaining robust client partnerships while sourcing, onboarding and managing a workforce of across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities - Source, interview and onboard candidates through recruitment and induction processes - Manage employee performance, training and ongoing support - Attend client meetings and act as a trusted recruitment partner - Build, maintain and grow a recruitment desk - Develop strong relationships with clients, candidates and key stakeholders - Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, policies and legislative requirements - Champion a strong safety culture through proactive safety initiatives and best practice workforce management - Deliver exceptional customer service and recruitment outcomes About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:





- A genuine passion for recruitment and helping people succeed - Strong relationship-building and communication skills - A proactive and self-motivated approach to your work - Excellent organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail - The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility, reliability and a strong work ethic - A collaborative mindset and commitment to team success Previous experience in recruitment, workforce management, customer service or account management will be highly regarded, although individuals with transferable skills and a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
