Your role
- Source and attract top talent within your sector

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising roles to placing candidates.

About you
- 2 years experience as an 360° agency recruiter perm or temp roles
- Motivated, ambitious, and ready to grow your career in recruitment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment and enjoy celebrating wins together.
- Confident using recruitment technology and platforms to deliver results.
- Experience in Engineering, Trades, or Healthcare recruitment is a plus.
