What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing and growing relationships with a long-standing client base
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Working a well-resourced desk with strong systems, tools, and database support

No construction recruitment experience? No problem. We’ll give you the training, structure, and support to get up to speed in a sector that’s busy, stable, and full of opportunity.

- Experience in recruitment or sales within a fast-paced environment
