The Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Recruitment Consultant to join our Parramatta-based Delivery Centre. This specialized position is tailored for professionals who excel at the intersection of account management and business development, particularly within the manufacturing, defense, and civil infrastructure sectors that sit within our Trades and Labour Division.

Supported by our dedicated internal talent center that focuses on recruitment delivery, you will be empowered to prioritize high-level client engagement and contribute to growth of our Trades and Labour division. This is a "warm" temp desk with a robust pipeline of established roles, offering a unique opportunity to deliver consistent,



high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities

- Account Management: Act as the primary interface for national clients, overseeing end-to-end account health, stakeholder relationships, and service delivery excellence.

- Business Development: Proactively identify market opportunities and expansion areas, executing strategic plans to grow market share and client footprint within target sectors.

- Desk Management: Take ownership of a high-performing "warm" desk. Manage current operations effectively while utilizing your commercial acumen to scale GP through client acquisition.

- Safety & Compliance: Champion a culture of safety by conducting rigorous in-house physical assessments for candidates and executing site-based workplace audits in collaboration with OHS advisors.

- Operational Excellence: Serve as the critical link between client requirements and our internal delivery engine, briefing the talent center with high-fidelity technical specifications to ensure precise candidate sourcing.
