LTD. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Keysborough, Victoria. This full-time role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with employers to identify staffing needs, sourcing and assessing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating employment terms, and ensuring compliance with Australian workplace legislation. The successful candidate will maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers, manage recruitment records using HR systems, provide advice on recruitment and workplace relations, support employee onboarding, and contribute to business growth by delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across a range of industries.

Work in a role where your performance is recognised and rewarded. Task & responsibilities Task & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate placement activities. Liaise with clients to understand staffing and workforce requirements.

Source, screen, interview and assess suitable candidates. Match candidates to roles based on skills,



experience, availability and client requirements. Conduct reference, licence and work-right checks where required.

Coordinate candidate onboarding, inductions and commencements. Maintain active candidate pools for current and upcoming vacancies. Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and workers.

Monitor placements and assist with ongoing workforce requirements. Maintain accurate recruitment and candidate records. Work closely with internal operations and administration teams to ensure efficient recruitment and workforce coordination.

Monitor labour market trends and identify opportunities to attract quality talent. Prepare recruitment reports and ensure compliance with company policies and Australian employment standards. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and client service delivery.

Qualification & experience Demonstrated experience in recruitment, labour hire or workforce coordination. Strong practical knowledge or previous hands-on experience within warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, production, distribution, agriculture or similar operational industries. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Ability to understand operational job requirements and accurately match candidates to suitable positions. Strong communication and client relationship management skills. Experience working with culturally diverse workforces.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.



Ability to manage multiple vacancies and changing workforce requirements. Additional language skills are highly regarded.

Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline. Relevant industry and recruitment experience is highly regarded. Strong understanding of workforce operations and labour-hire environments is advantageous.
