ACTIO Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our growing Darwin team.

We’re a local Territory business with big ambitions, and we need someone who can keep pace. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk waiting for applications to roll in. You’ll be talking to candidates, moving people through the recruitment process, keeping clients updated and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment process, including:

1. Meeting and engaging with candidates

2. Candidate sourcing and pre-screening

3. Conducting interviews

4. Reference checking

5. Booking and coordinating medicals and pre-employment requirements

6. Managing candidate documentation and compliance

7. Keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process

8. Supporting placements and labour hire requirements

9. Building strong relationships with candidates and clients

10. Generally making things happen — quickly, professionally and with a positive attitude

Who we’re looking for

You’re organised, confident and comfortable talking to all kinds of people.





You can juggle multiple priorities without losing track of the details, you follow things through, and you understand that in recruitment, speed matters but so does getting it right.

Recruitment experience would be great, but we’re also interested in people from fast-paced industries such as HR, workforce coordination, sales, real estate, administration, customer service or operations who have the right attitude and ability to deliver.

Most importantly, you’ll need to be someone who takes ownership, communicates well and doesn’t need to be chased to get the job done.
