We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Area Manager to lead operations across our Rockhampton City territory and surrounding regions in Australia. This is a permanent position offering the chance to drive business growth, manage multi-site operations, and lead a high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of regional performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering sustainable business results.

- Oversee all operational and commercial activities across the assigned regional territory, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and strategic priorities

- Develop and implement regional business strategies to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Excellence — Ensure every restaurant meets brand standards for food quality, speed, cleanliness, and guest experience.

- Multi‑Site Leadership — Lead, coach, and develop Senior Operations Coaches and Restaurant Managers across the region.

- Commercial Performance — Drive sales, labour efficiency, COGS control, and profitability; analyse performance data and implement improvement plans.

- People Development — Build capability, hold teams accountable, and create succession pipelines.

- Compliance &
- Safety — Ensure WHS, Food Safety, RSA, Awards/EAs, and visa compliance across all sites.

- Customer Experience — Champion guest satisfaction, resolve escalations, and maintain brand reputation.

- Strategic Execution — Translate state strategy into consistent operational execution across QLD.

- Stakeholder Management — Collaborate with state leadership, franchisee, general manager, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

- Travel &





- Field Presence — Regular intrastate travel to Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Gladstone, Hervey Bay, Maryborough, and Brisbane.

Qualifications

- Required Skills &
- Experience:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a regional or area management role within a corporate environment

- Strong people management and team leadership capabilities

- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and business development

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound decision-making skills

- Experience with performance management, KPI tracking, and data analysis

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business management systems

- Ability to travel within the regional territory as required

- Experience:
