About The Role Reporting to the State Manager, Resort Operations, you'll lead the Grounds & Facilities function across a portfolio of Sunshine Coast resorts, supporting local teams while ensuring our communities continue to be presented to the exceptional standard GemLife is known for. You'll play a key role in developing and supporting Grounds & Facilities teams, overseeing contractor performance, delivering improvement projects and ensuring our resorts remain safe, compliant and beautifully maintained for homeowners and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and support Grounds & Facilities teams across multiple Sunshine Coast resorts Drive a positive, safety-focused and high-performing team culture

Ensure resort grounds, facilities and community assets are maintained to GemLife standards Manage capital works,



refurbishment projects and site improvement initiatives Build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors and internal stakeholders Oversee contractor engagement, performance and compliance across the region

Monitor budgets, resources and operational priorities across multiple sites Support operational continuity and provide leadership across resorts when required Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies Ensure all activities align with WHS requirements and company standards To be successful you'll have Leadership experience within facilities management, property operations, grounds maintenance or a similar environment

Proven experience leading and developing teams across multiple locations

Solid contractor management and project delivery capability

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements

Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
