About the Role

As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the financial performance, operational standards and overall success of a portfolio of franchised stores across Queensland.

Acting as the key link between our Support Office and Franchise Partners, you'll provide hands-on coaching, analyse business performance, identify opportunities for growth and ensure our stores consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting brand standards.

This is a home-based role; however, regular travel throughout Queensland is an essential part of the position.

What You'll Be Doing

- Partner with Franchise Partners to improve sales growth and profitability.

- Analyse store financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Conduct regular store visits, business reviews and operational coaching.

- Complete operational compliance audits and support rectification activities.

- Develop practical action plans to improve store performance.

- Support Franchise Partners with local area marketing initiatives.





- Review sales trends, customer feedback and operational data to drive better business outcomes.

- Support new store openings, recruitment, onboarding and training.

- Ensure mandatory training programs are completed across your region.

- Collaborate with Support Office teams to deliver consistent operational excellence.

- Work regular operational shifts in stores to stay connected with the business and customer experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings both commercial capability and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Experience managing multiple retail, hospitality or franchise locations.

- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L; reports and performance metrics.

- Experience coaching, influencing and developing business owners or operational leaders.





- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise multiple sites.

- A proactive approach to identifying problems and implementing practical solutions.

- High levels of integrity, accountability and professionalism.

- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout Queensland.

Experience within a franchise business or multi-site hospitality setting will be highly regarded.
