Our client is a well-established and reputable migration firm with years of expertise and a strong track record across a broad range of visa matters. They are seeking a Registered Migration Agent to join their growing team on a full-time basis. This role is fully remote.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RMA to step into a highly experienced and supportive team. Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of employer sponsored visa matters on behalf of corporate clients, from initial instructions through to visa outcome
- Provide clear and timely advice to employer clients and visa applicants on sponsorship obligations, visa conditions, and eligibility requirements
- Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and respond to requests for further information or departmental correspondence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, notes, and deadlines
- Collaborate with senior agents and support staff to deliver seamless outcomes for clients
- Keeping up to date with changes in immigration laws and policies
About you
- Current registration as a Registered Migration Agent with OMARA
- Minimum 3-4 years experience practising as an RMA
- Strong understanding of Australian immigration laws, regulations and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote capacity
