About the Role
As a Registered Nurse with Connect Staffing Group, you’ll work across a range of client facilities, providing high-quality, person-centered care while adapting to different environments, teams and resident needs.
You’ll work within your scope of practice and collaborate with residents, healthcare professionals and facility teams to deliver safe and effective care. As an agency RN, you’ll quickly familiarise yourself with each facility’s policies,
procedures and clinical expectations while maintaining Connect Staffing Group’s professional standards.
Your responsibilities will include
- Provide safe, person-centered clinical care, including developing and reviewing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and supporting residents with dementia, palliative and complex care needs.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records while following facility procedures, professional standards, legislation and infection prevention and control requirements.
- Adapt confidently to different facilities, teams, systems and resident needs, working collaboratively with staff and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability and flexibility while promoting safety, dignity, respect and person-centered care at every placement.
- Represent Connect Staffing Group professionally and build positive relationships with residents, families, clients and facility teams.
Key Requirements:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- A commitment a genuine passion for Aged Care
- Minimum 12 months’ recent nursing experience
- Two clinical references
- National Police Certificate
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
