About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will play an essential leadership role in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Working within the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, you will ensure residents’ preferences, culture, and individuality are reflected in every aspect of care. You’ll also:
