Registered Nurse | BlueCare Employment Status: Permanent Part Time Location: Dalby & Surrounding Areas Remuneration: $45.29–$57.06 per hour + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances Classification: QRN1.1–QRN1.7, determined by demonstrated clinical hours and experience About the role We’re looking for a Registered Nurse who will provide person‑centred care to clients in the community, ensuring a safe environment and applying clinical skills to improve their quality of life through activities and support.
Responsibilities - Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope.
- Consider physical, social and psychological requirements.
- Create and update care plans reflecting developing needs.
- Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with multi‑disciplinary team members.
- Spend the majority of the day on the road, completing scheduled community visits.
- Encourage creativity and teamwork to contribute to success.
Requirements - Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements – Essential.
- General nursing experience, post‑registration.
- Excellent communication and clinical problem‑solving skills.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) – Essential.
- Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work – Essential.
- Confidence in managing your time effectively, including the ability to work autonomously.
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
