About the Role - Provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients

- Work collaboratively with our GPs and allied health professionals
- Assist with clinical procedures and chronic disease management
- Deliver immunisations, wound care, health assessments and triage




- Contribute to improving patient experience and reducing wait times About You - Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical skills and experience in a primary care or general practice setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, respectful, and kind approach to patient care
