Typical responsibilities include

- Completing assessment (vocational capability, workplace, ergonomic etc)
- Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies and other health professionals
- Making referrals to other health professionals as needed
- Case management (goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress)





If you are a clinician moving into Occupational Rehabilitation for the first time, full training can be provided as long as you have a robust desire to grow your career in this field. If you're an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant (with over 18-24 months in the field), we can also build in Senior duties and help you grow your leadership experience.

Opportunities with our client are endless. You can move into senior roles / leadership, become a specialist within certain field, customer account management, or if you’re relocating to a different part of the country, take your role with you.

To be considered, its essential you are a qualified OT, EP, Physio or Rehabilitation Counsellor with full working rights. You don’t need lots of experience, just a strong interest in Workplace Injury Management and Rehabilitation.

Salaries range from $80,000- $110,000 to accommodate different experience levels + super + monthly performance-based bonus.
