ent. Key responsibili ties:As the Reinsurance Accountant, you will support accurate and timely reinsurance accounting, administration, reporting and controls across the Asia Pacific region.



You will work closely with the Reinsurance and broader Finance teams to deliver reliable reporting, maintain strong financial controls and identify opportunities to improve how work is completed.

- d to:Prepare accurate reinsurance statutory reports and schedules, meeting relevant requirements and reporting deadl
- ines.Support the reporting of reinsurance assets for regulatory reporting pu
- rposeWork with central reinsurance teams to coordinate the financials for treaty technical administration, including premium adjustments, reinstatement premiums and profit commission calculat
- ions.Supervise the reinsurance credit control process, supporting timely premium payments, recovery notifications and debtor collect
- ions.Complete month-end reinsurance accounting activities, including journals, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany reporting and Home Office sched
- ules.Prepare local reporting requirements, including withholding tax returns, ABS reinsurance surveys and reinsurance components of transfer pricing repor
- ting.Maintain transaction controls, records, reconciliations and supporting reports in line with APAC policies and proced
- ures.Support audit queries, process reviews, automation and improvement initiatives, as well as ad hoc proj
- ects.Build collaborative relationships across Asia Pacific and Global Finance, provide reinsurance knowledge and support, and contribute to technical guidance and training where requ
- ired.Abou
- t youIdeally commercial insurance experience, preferably in reinsurance accounting or financial administration, together with advanced Microsoft Excel capability and familiarity with systems such as SAP.



A tertiary or qualified accounting qualification such as CA or
