About the role
We're seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to own customer relationships, drive growth, and deliver exceptional value. You'll be the trusted advisor to our customers, solving their challenges, ensuring their success, and identifying opportunities to expand our partnership. This is a client-facing role where strategic thinking, consultative selling, and customer empathy are essential.
(This role is internally known as Account Manager)
What you’ll be doing
- Own the customer relationship end-to-end: manage multiple stakeholders, navigate complex deals, complete product demonstrations and ensure successful outcomes
- Act as a strategic advisor: understand customer KPIs, align our product capabilities to their business needs, and hold in-depth strategic reviews
- Build trust through responsiveness: anticipate customer needs,
prioritize inquiries, and maintain organized engagement records
- Close deals and expand revenue: navigate multi-stakeholder environments, manage sales pipelines, and identify upsell opportunities backed by data
- Communicate with precision: adapt your approach across email, chat, and phone; craft clear, empathetic written and verbal communications
- Drive customer success: conduct regular check-ins, encourage feature adoption, and proactively surface solutions to their challenges
- Leverage data and insights: use analytics to forecast pipeline, understand wins/losses, and identify market trends to inform strategy
What we’re looking for
- Proven account management or customer success background
- Exposure to super, trust, or compliance environments (accounting/audit/financial services) is a plus Industry expertise or ability to quickly learn industry-specific challenges
- Consultative selling approach, connecting product capabilities to customer challenges
- Customer empathy with strong communication (written & verbal)
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable with analytics and reporting
- Problem-solving & conflict resolution with a customer-centric lens
- Excellent time management and followup discipline
- Coachable and driven, takes feedback on board fast and uses it to keep pushing performance higher Experience & Knowledge
- Team-first mindset, shares credit, supports colleagues, and puts the group's results ahead of individual recognition
- Deep product knowledge with ability to map features to customer value
- Strategic thinking:
comfortable leading cross-functional projects
- Proficiency with CRM tools and analytics platforms
