? We’re Hiring: Reliability Manager

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and results-driven Reliability Manager to lead reliability, maintenance, and asset performance initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for individuals with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for improving equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and business performance.

? Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability strategies, standards, and maintenance programs.

• Lead initiatives to improve equipment availability, reliability, and overall asset performance.

• Analyze equipment failures, downtime, and maintenance data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and develop corrective and preventive actions.

• Monitor key reliability and maintenance KPIs, including equipment uptime, MTBF, and MTTR.

• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, operations, and production teams to improve asset performance.

• Develop asset management strategies and optimize maintenance resources and costs.

• Identify recurring equipment issues and implement long-term reliability improvement solutions.

• Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and spare parts optimization.

• Ensure reliability programs comply with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Lead reliability improvement projects and provide technical guidance to maintenance teams.

• Prepare reliability reports, performance analysis, and recommendations for management.

• Evaluate new technologies, tools, and maintenance methodologies to improve operational efficiency.

• Promote a proactive reliability culture across the organization.

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience in reliability engineering, maintenance,



asset management, or a related field is required.

• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering and maintenance principles.

• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.

• Experience with CMMS, maintenance management systems, or reliability software is preferred.

• Strong understanding of equipment performance, failure analysis, and asset management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to analyze technical data and translate findings into practical business solutions.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and technically demanding environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
