Role Description The Remote 3D Animator at RK Vridhi Digital is a part-time role focused on creating high-quality 3D animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns, marketing assets, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and developing 3D animated sequences, rigging characters and objects, and integrating motion capture data to achieve realistic movements. The role involves collaborating with marketers, designers, and content specialists to align animations with campaign goals, brand guidelines, and target audience needs.

The 3D Animator will optimize animations for various digital platforms, maintain organized project files, and adhere to timelines while working fully remotely.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid 3D Animation and general Animation skills for character, product, and motion design work.
- Candidates should possess Rigging skills to prepare characters and assets for smooth and expressive animation.




- Candidates should possess Motion Capture skills to capture, clean, and apply performance data to 3D models.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Blender for modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation workflows.
- Experience with other 3D tools (e.g., Maya, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine) and video editing/compositing software is beneficial.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, understanding of timing, staging, and camera movement in animation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time schedules, and meet project deadlines.
- Prior experience creating animations for digital marketing, advertising, or social media campaigns is an advantage.
- A relevant portfolio demonstrating 3D animation, rigging, and motion capture work; formal education in animation, design, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
