About the Role

Join our Activities & Entertainment team as a casual Attendant, helping create fun, safe and memorable holiday experiences for our resort guests. You’ll host activities, games and events, support Kids Zone sessions and perform in character, dance and special event shows. This role suits an energetic, confident person who loves entertaining others and can bring their own personality and talents to the role.

The role will involve working across all areas of the Entertainment Department, including:

- Pool Area

- Activities Hub

- Adventure Activities

- Planet Chill

- Kids Zone

- Pamper Parlour

- Character Shows & Appearances

- Stage Staff

Duties

- Work across all Entertainment Department areas and adapt to the activities, guest needs and operational requirements of each area.

- Run and deliver daily resort activities including arts, crafts, games, competitions and themed activities

- Host entertainment including game shows, karaoke, quizzes, bingo and activities based on your own talents

- Host Kids Zone sessions, running games and activities while maintaining a safe and welcoming setting

- Organise,



lead and promote interest in recreation activities and other resort experiences

- Perform in daily character shows, evening dance shows and special events including Halloween and Christmas

Skills & Experience

- A confident, outgoing personality and genuine passion for entertaining and creating memorable guest experiences

- Previous experience in theatre, music, dance, comedy, resorts, cruise lines, recreation or similar environments is desirable

- Experience with birthday parties, Kids Activities or school groups is advantageous

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holidays

- Current Queensland Blue Card and First Aid/CPR Certificate, or willingness to obtain these requirements
