Creating a fun, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere for guests

Driving efficiency in operations and ensuring smooth lunch and dinner service

Training, mentoring, and developing FOH team members

Oversee stock, budgets, and compliance to keep everything running smoothly What We’re Looking For Experience as a Restaurant or Bar Supervisor (or similar leadership role) A natural host who thrives on guest interactions and creating memorable experiences A proactive and hands-on leader who loves being on the floor
