Qualification/Skills Requirement:

- A full time position for a Restaurant Manager/ Chef available for immediate start for our new outlet business at North Coast , NSW. It a fast paced work place executing mostly western or Australian cuisine.

Sponsorship is available for the suitable candidate. Some experience in Indian cooking should be valued for this job.
- The candidate should be qualified AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or above or 3 Years of Work Experience.
- The candidate should be able to guide the execution of our recent menu. We can email you a copy of menu on request.

Duties & Responsibilities: This role is centred around driving our business to success by providing an excellent experience for our customers.

- Accurately record sales and banking
- Assisting in controlling expenditures such as Cost Of Employment (COE) through ensuring staffing levels are in alignment with the amount of activity within the store
- Assisting in ordering, maintain stock control through monitoring of wastage,



effective ordering/receiving and storage procedure.
- Performing administrative duties i.e. assisting with rosters, collecting invoices etc
- The manager will be hands-on and should be able to cook if and when required.
- Ensuring all Food Safety requirements are maintained
- Manage and supervise staff, including training where required.
- Manage any events, functions or catering.
- Discuss and plan menu and pricing with the management and kitchen.
- Monitor the stock level of consumables, order stock from suppliers when required.
- Responsible for accurate financial transactions.
- Greet customers and generally deal with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Take bookings and help with customers where required.
- Ensure the premises comply with all legal requirements e.g. health and safety, hygiene, food regulations etc.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 – $42.00 per hour
