Location: Domani’s Restaurant, 19 Tedder Avenue, Main Beach QLD

Salary: $80,000 per annum (plus superannuation)

We’re on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Domani’s Restaurant (Seakym Pty Ltd) and help deliver exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests.

About the Role

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead a motivated and friendly team, ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and every guest leaves happy. You’ll play a hands-on role in daily operations — from managing staff and service standards to ensuring compliance, hygiene, and an inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage all restaurant operations and shifts
2. Lead, train, and inspire a team of front-of-house and service staff
3. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-presented dining environment
4. Manage rosters, budgets, and stock control efficiently
5. Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
7.



Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. A relevant Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality management (or related field) with at least one year of full-time work experience in a similar role; OR
2. At least three years of full-time, relevant experience in restaurant management without formal qualifications
3. Proven experience managing a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills
5. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
6. A positive, calm attitude under pressure and genuine passion for hospitality
