We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a venue in Collaroy, Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Responsibilities:

- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:
