This is a hands-on, active role where you’ll be out on the road working at different properties each day.
You’ll learn how professional mould remediation works, use specialised equipment and help customers get their homes back to a clean and healthy condition.
You don’t need mould experience. We’re looking for the right attitude and someone who wants to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Head out to residential jobs with your team
- Learn how mould remediation equipment and products are used
- Set up, complete and pack down residential mould cleaning jobs
- Follow job scopes and inspection reports
- Complete easy job reports and updates on your phone ?
- Set up and use dehumidifiers and remediation equipment
- Follow safety procedures, SWMS and PPE requirements
- Keep equipment, vehicles and work areas organised
- Chat with customers and support your crew
- Build the skills to eventually run residential mould jobs yourself
You’ll be paired up and trained while you learn the role — we’re not expecting you to know everything on day one.

We’ll teach you the equipment, products, processes and reporting.

Where This Can Take You
This isn’t designed to be a dead-end cleaning job.
Learn the role, build your knowledge and you can progress into a Mould Restoration Technician, where you’ll start running jobs independently, quoting work, dealing directly with property managers and customers, and developing your knowledge of moisture and mould causes.
From there, there are opportunities to progress into Senior Technician and specialist roles.
