No prior restoration experience is required, full training is provided. This role suits people with experience in carpentry, building, plastering, trades assistant work, maintenance, or other practical hands-on roles.

What You’ll Do

As a Restoration Technician, you’ll assist with restoring properties after water or mould damage. This includes:

- Inspecting and assessing water-damaged properties

- Setting up and monitoring drying equipment

- Completing reports for insurance purposes

- Communicating professionally with clients and our office team

- Attending jobs across Adelaide and throughout South Australia

- Participating in an on-call roster and occasional overnight stays

About You

You’ll likely be a good fit if you:

- Have practical skills or a trade / building background

- Enjoy hands-on work and problem solving

- Take pride in doing quality work

- Are reliable, physically fit, and motivated to learn

- Communicate well with clients and teammates

- Hold a current driver’s licence

- You must also have full working rights in Australia.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

- White Card

- IICRC certification

- Trade or building experience

- Insurance repair or restoration experience
