You’ll be on the floor, leading from the front, not behind a desk. You’ll own the store’s performance — the team, the numbers, the presentation, the customer relationships — and you’ll have owners who back you to actually run it. Day to day, you’ll: Lead, coach and roster a team of full-time and casual staff, and build a culture people want to work in

Own your sales budget and KPIs, and know your numbers well enough to act on them daily

Grow trade and B2B accounts in your local patch — this is where the real upside sits

Keep stock, merchandising and store presentation sharp

Manage cash handling,



banking and end-of-day What you’ll bring 3+ years managing a retail store — workwear, safety, footwear, hardware or another trade-facing category is ideal A real interest in the industry, or the appetite to learn it rapid

Genuine leadership: you can build a team, motivate them, and hold them accountable A track record of hitting targets and growing a store

Confidence with POS, stock management and reporting (Retail Express a bonus)
