Rogue Beauty is the exclusive Australian distributor of Oribe, Maria Nila, R+Co, R+Co Bleu, R+Color, IGK Hair, Hot Tools and Kristin Ess Hair — stocked in 800+ salons and 1,000+ retail and online stores across Australia and New Zealand, including Mecca and Sephora. We celebrate diversity, individuality and boldness, and help beauty lovers everywhere embrace their own kind of Rogue.
About the Role
This is a hands-on trade marketing role for someone who loves making brands look brilliant in a retail workplace — both on shelf and on screen.
You’ll work across our portfolio and key retail accounts including Mecca, Adore Beauty and Sephora, creating the artwork, merchandising, digital assets and retail content that brings our brands to life. From POS and displays to retailers banners, product pages, catalogue assets and presentations. You’ll be responsible for making sure everything looks considered, accurate and commercially effective.
Graphic and visual design is a key part of this role. You’ll need to be confident working in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva, with a strong eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, colour and detail. You should be comfortable taking a brief independently producing polished creative that is ready to go to market.
You’ll support the Commercial and Account manager across retailer meetings, range reviews launches, and seasonal planning – helping bring together the decks, data and sell-in materials that support our commercial plans.
What You'll Do
Retail merchandising, design & creative production
- Build POS, display and planogram artwork to retailer spec, keeping layouts, imagery and shelf strips accurate and on-brand.
- Create and adapt digital-first campaign assets — banners, EDM tiles, social/paid, catalogue and print — resizing and retouching global brand assets for local formats.
- Manage artwork approvals and maintain our asset library so imagery, logos and product shots stay organised and easy to find.
- Coordinate stock,
samples and display materials with Warehouse and Supply so activations land on time.
Online retail & digital content
- Own the look and accuracy of our product pages on retailer sites — imagery, copy, swatches, tagging and enriched content.
- Build and submit new product listings and keep pricing, assets and descriptions current across every platform.
- Audit site merchandising regularly: search visibility, category placement, stock, and ratings and reviews.
- Support retailer-led digital campaigns and always-on content with the assets and information they need, on their deadlines.
Commercial & retailer planning support
- Build retailer-facing presentations for the Commercial Manager and Account Manager — range reviews, brand and NPD launches, seasonal pitches and JBPs.
- Pull sales, category and market data into clear, well-designed slides, and make sure every deck that leaves the business looks the part.
- Prepare sell-in materials: product one-pagers, line sheets, pricing and promotional grids, and launch support documents.
- Help assemble retailer submissions to their templates and deadlines — new line forms, promotional nominations and marketing calendar bookings.
- Maintain competitor and category snapshots so the team walks into retailer meetings with a current view of the landscape.
- Capture actions from retailer meetings and follow them through to completion across the wider team.
- Support activation forecasting by helping estimate volumes for promotions, GWPs and sampling.
Planning & reporting
- Maintain the retail marketing calendar and track activity, assets and deadlines in one place.
- Prepare campaign recaps and post-activity reporting.
- Work closely with Sales, Retail, Supply, Warehouse and Accounts.
