Delaware North Australia is hiring a Revenue Manager to join our team based at our Head Office in Docklands, Melbourne. As a Revenue Manager, you will drive pricing, inventory, and revenue strategies that maximise performance across a portfolio of unique properties, including:

- Mindil Beach Casino Resort, Darwin
- Lizard Island, Queensland
- BEST Blacktown, New South Wales
- Pinewood Lodge, Queenstown NZ

What you will do?
- Lead pricing, inventory, and revenue strategies across a portfolio of properties, with a primary focus on Mindil Beach Casino Resort
- Develop and implement room revenue, pricing,



and inventory strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability
- Analyse booking trends, market demand, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage room rates and inventory across property management systems, distribution channels, and online travel agencies
- Produce revenue forecasts, performance reports, and commercial insights to support decision making
- Partner with hotel, sales, marketing, and reservations teams to drive business performance
- Support the hotel leadership team with revenue management expertise and strategic recommendations

More about you

- Demonstrated experience in hotel revenue management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Experience working with hotel systems including PMS, GDS, CRS, channel managers, and online distribution platforms
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with reporting and forecasting tools
- A cooperative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across teams
- Qualifications in Hotel Management, Tourism, Economics, or a related discipline will be highly regarded
