About The Role Lead enterprise risk and privacy governance across one of Australia's most trusted not-for-profit organisations. Act as RFDS WA's Privacy Officer and provide specialist advice on risk, privacy compliance and data breach management, partnering with leaders across clinical, aviation, operational and corporate teams to embed practical and consistent approaches to risk management, privacy governance and regulatory compliance. This is a permanent full time role based in Jandakot with NFP salary packaging and free onsite parking.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate RFDS WA's Enterprise Risk Management Framework, including risk registers, assessments, controls, treatment plans and reporting

Act as the organisation's Privacy Officer, providing advice and managing privacy enquiries, complaints, access requests and suspected or actual data breaches





Prepare risk and privacy reporting, strengthen organisational controls and deliver practical guidance, education and continuous improvement initiatives Essential Requirements Substantial experience in a similar role with direct responsibility for enterprise risk management and privacy

Previous experience acting as a Privacy Officer, including managing privacy enquiries, complaints and data breach responses

Recognised qualifications in risk management, privacy, governance, compliance or a related discipline

Strong knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks, privacy legislation, information governance and regulatory compliance

Highly developed analytical, communication and influencing skills Desirable Experience in healthcare, aviation, government, not-for-profit or another regulated environment.
