What You'll Do

- Personal care & hygiene support

- Manual handling, mobility & transfers

- Community access & social support

- Light housekeeping & meal preparation

- Companionship & wellbeing activities

- (For RNs/ENs: skilled nursing tasks)

What You'll Need

- Relevant qualifications (AIN, Support Worker, Nursing Student or similar)

- Minimum Certificate III level qualification required for this position

- Current Police Check, WWCC (paid work), NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid & CPR

- Driver's licence reliable vehicle

- Ability to work short and long visit

- Experience in aged care, disability support or community care (highly desirable)

- A genuine passion for Making Lives Better
