Role Description The S26 Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Perth, WA, responsible for overseeing daily pipeline construction activities and field operations. This role includes supervising crews, coordinating work schedules, monitoring job progress, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification. The supervisor will implement and enforce safety procedures, conduct site inspections, and address operational issues as they arise.

Day-to-day tasks also involve communicating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting, and supporting continuous improvement in work practices and team performance.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience supervising construction or pipeline field crews in a similar role,



preferably within pipeline construction services.

Strong leadership and team management abilities, including task delegation, performance oversight, and mentoring less experienced team members.

Sound understanding of pipeline construction processes, standards, and relevant industry regulations, with a strong focus on safety compliance.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, and resolving site issues.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and work orders, and translate them into explicit instructions for field personnel.

Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and respond to changing site conditions.

Experience with basic project documentation, reporting, and use of digital tools or software for tracking work progress and safety records.

Relevant trade qualification or certification in construction, civil works, or pipeline operations; supervisory or safety certifications (e.g., site safety supervisor) are an advantage.

Commitment to working on-site in Perth, WA, with flexibility to adapt to operational schedules and project demands.

Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet any site access or medical requirements applicable to the role.
