Safety Lead

At Hanes Brands Australasia, we're looking for a passionate and influential Safety Lead to drive our safety strategy and partner with leaders across our, distribution centre operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced safety skilled who thrives on building strong relationships, influencing change and creating a proactive safety culture.

What you'll be doing

Lead the delivery of safety programs, initiatives and compliance activities

Partner with leaders to identify, assess and mitigate workplace risks

Drive injury prevention, incident management and return to work outcomes

Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on safety best practice

Analyse safety data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement

Support audits, investigations and regulatory requirements

Champion continuous improvement and a positive safety culture across the business

What you'll bring

Proven experience in a Health, Safety & Wellbeing role

Solid knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and compliance requirements





Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organisation

Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

Strong problem-solving and investigation capabilities A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for continuous improvement
