Senior Sage X3 Consultant | ERP Implementation | Australia

We’re working with an established ERP consultancy that is looking to add an experienced Senior Sage X3 Consultant to its team.

This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who enjoys getting close to the customer, understanding how their business operates and then translating that into effective ERP solutions.

You’ll be involved across the full implementation lifecycle from discovery and process mapping through solution design, implementation and go-live.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead discovery workshops with clients and key stakeholders
- Analyse and map finance, distribution and manufacturing processes
- Design practical ERP solutions around business requirements
- Develop implementation blueprints and functional specifications
- Manage senior client stakeholders throughout projects
- Lead implementations through to go-live
- Provide guidance across Sage X3 functionality and best practice




- Take ownership of project outcomes and delivery
- Work closely with technical teams where customisation or integration is required

What we’re looking for
- Strong Sage X3 implementation experience
- Functional experience across Finance, Distribution and/or Manufacturing
- Experience running discovery and requirements workshops
- Robust business process mapping and solution design capability
- Confident client-facing consulting skills
- Ability to independently manage workstreams and projects
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies
- Comfortable operating in a smaller, experienced consulting environment
