In 2019 we established our Australian Head Office in Epping Victoria for Vandapac Australia & Maxliner Australia, and we now need to commence recruiting additional team member for our established Melbourne operations located in Epping, VIC.
About the role
We are looking for a full-time Sales and Administration Officer with an excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle a range of sales duties in a timely manner.
The role offered will be from Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and 8.30am to 4pm on Friday.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Administration and Sales duties.
- Warehouse and Logistics clerical support.
- General office duties and banking.
- Managing telephone calls and emails.
- General filing and management support.
- Managing the showroom and discussing with customers their vehicle accessory requirements.
- Booking Customers in for accessory fitment.
- Customer quote preparation.
We are looking for the following qualities:
- Honest, punctual and reliable person.
- Knowledge of the 4x4 aftermarket industry, automotive industry or caravan industry.
- Excellent phone, email and written communication skills.
- Previous administration and sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Xero and Unleashed viewed as an advantage.
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
