Commercial Sales & Leasing Executive

Allard Shelton is looking for a motivated Sales & Leasing Operative to join our Melbourne team.

This is an opportunity to work within an established commercial property business with more than 140 years of experience, alongside experienced operators and an extensive client network.

The role will focus on generating and converting opportunities across commercial sales and leasing, developing strong relationships with owners, tenants and occupiers, and building your own profile and pipeline within the Melbourne market.

You will be responsible for:

- Prospecting for new sales and leasing opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with property owners, investors, tenants and occupiers
- Conducting inspections and property presentations
- Managing leasing and sales campaigns from appointment through to completion
- Negotiating transactions and working closely with clients to achieve strong outcomes
- Developing new business and identifying opportunities across our existing network




- Maintaining an active pipeline and contributing to team revenue targets
- Working collaboratively with our Property Management and broader agency teams

We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, driven and comfortable developing relationships and creating opportunities. You may already have experience in commercial property agency, or you may be an emerging property professional ready to take the next step into a more active sales and leasing role.

Strong communication skills, initiative, resilience and a genuine interest in commercial property will be significant.
