About the role

Are you a customer-focused person with a passion for sales and a excellent attitude? Esperance Metaland is looking for a full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Esperance, WA. This is a varied, customer-facing role where you’ll help customers find the right products, prepare quotes, process sales and provide excellent service from enquiry through to completion. Steel industry experience is not essential — we’re happy to train the right person.

This is a residential position and applicants must currently reside in Esperance, WA.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting customers in-store, over the phone and via email
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
- Preparing quotes and processing sales
- Following up enquiries and supporting customers throughout the sales process
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure customers receive a great experience
- Maintaining accurate sales and customer records

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in sales, customer service or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Good computer skills and basic numeracy
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Steel industry experience is an advantage, but not essential — training will be provided for the right person
