About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant Intern to join our commercial team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a background in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction , who can read and interpret technical drawings and has a commercial mindset.

You will work closely with our estimating and sales teams, supporting client enquiries, preparing quotes, and assisting with project costings. This is a hands-on role with regular site visits and client meetings, giving you direct exposure to the commercial side of the joinery and construction industry.

This internship runs through to December 2026 , with a clear pathway to a permanent role in January 2027 for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with preparing quotes, estimates and tender submissions
- Read and interpret architectural and joinery drawings
- Support the sales team with client communications and bid preparation
- Conduct site visits to measure and assess project requirements
- Liaise with internal teams, including production and installation, Mandarin speaking is a must
- Assist with proposal documentation and client follow-up
- Support basic costing and pricing activities

About You
- Recent graduate in Architecture, Engineering,



Construction Management, or a related field
- Ability to read construction and joinery drawings (essential)
- Previous sales or client-facing experience (highly regarded)
- Strong numeracy and communication skills
- A proactive, commercially-minded attitude
- Full Australian working rights

Essential Requirements
- Valid Australian driver's license (essential – regular site travel required)
- Reliable vehicle for site visits and client meetings
