This is a role for someone who wants to perform at a high level while representing an established brand with decades of history and a strong position in the Australian RV market.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through one of the most exciting lifestyle purchases they’ll make.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing showroom, phone and online sales enquiries
- Following up opportunities with discipline and consistency
- Building strong relationships and understanding each customer’s lifestyle and travel needs
- Matching customers with the right caravan, motorhome or used RV
- Presenting and demonstrating the Jayco range with confidence
- Negotiating and closing sales
- Achieving volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction targets
- Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Delivering a premium customer experience from first enquiry through to handover
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Developing strong specialist knowledge of the Jayco range and RV market

Who We Want

You will ideally have

- Demonstrated success in RV,



automotive or high-value retail sales
- A consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong closing, negotiation and follow-up skills
- The ability to build trust quickly and develop long-term customer relationships
- A professional, polished and confident approach
- Strong personal accountability and a genuine drive to succeed
- The ability to manage leads and opportunities without needing to be constantly managed
- A customer-first mindset combined with strong commercial awareness
- The desire to build a stable, long-term career with a market-leading dealership
