About the Role
You’ll join our high achieving and driven inbound sales team at our freshly renovated Braeside HQ, helping customers choose the right TAXIBOX solution & converting warm enquiries into bookings. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll build sales capability, learn our tech stack & work closely with Ops.
We’re after a genuine high performer – someone who’s relentless about hitting targets, sharp on the detail and hungry to go above and beyond. You’ll be a driving force behind our next stage of growth, not just filling a seat within the team. We want you to be unique, memorable and genuinely awesome in the way you show up for customers and your team.

A 5-day working week including some Saturday shifts, with a weekday off in lieu to balance it out. Saturdays are shorter but paid at your standard rate.
Duties
- Convert inbound leads & close bookings
- Qualify customer needs & tailor solutions
- Manage CRM updates & pipeline hygiene
- Coordinate with Dispatch for smooth delivery
- Hit KPIs while delivering standout service
Skills & Experience
- Sales or service-to-sales experience (retail, call centre & hospitality welcome)
- Confident communicator who loves solving problems
- Tech-comfortable (CRM experience a bonus)
- Strong attention to detail & multitasking
- Coachable, curious & thrives in fast-paced teams
