We’re partnering with a fast-growing Australian AI company that is changing the way healthcare organisations manage their day-to-day operations. Following strong growth across medical practices and hospitals, they’re expanding their Sydney sales team and looking for driven Sales Development Representatives to join them.

You don’t need years of corporate sales experience. We’re looking for people with the attitude, confidence and drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales setting.

The role

Working closely with the Account Executive team, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and starting conversations with potential customers across the healthcare sector.

You’ll be

- Prospecting and reaching out to new potential customers
- Booking qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Building relationships with healthcare organisations
- Working towards clear activity and performance targets
- Learning how to sell an innovative AI product in a rapidly growing market
- Developing the skills to progress your career in B2B technology sales

What we’re looking for Previous SDR or SaaS experience is not essential.



We’d love to speak with people who:

- Are confident speaking with new people
- Have a competitive, motivated and resilient attitude
- Are comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
- Want to build a genuine career in sales
- Have some previous sales experience – whether that’s door-to-door, face-to-face, retail, outbound or another target-driven environment
- Are based in Sydney
