About The Role As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients.





Your role is to connect with warm prospects, understand their goals, qualify their needs, and book appointments for our Growth and Success Coaches. This is not a cold-calling role. Every conversation starts with people who have already engaged with Business AI through our events, webinars, marketing campaigns, existing database, or AI-driven lead generation.

If you're someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives on hitting goals, and wants to learn from experienced sales professionals, you'll fit right in. What You'll Be Doing Qualify warm inbound leads and book high-quality appointments

Build genuine relationships with business owners and decision-makers

Re-engage existing opportunities within our database

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

Participate in ongoing coaching, role plays, and sales development sessions

Learn and use AI-powered sales technology to maximise your success What We're Looking For You don't need to know everything, we're looking for someone who's hungry to learn, enjoys talking to people, and wants to build a successful sales career. Ideally,



You'll Have 2+ years' experience in sales, business development, or another customer-facing role

Confidence speaking with people over the phone A track record of achieving sales or activity targets

Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot is a bonus)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills A positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to be coached
